High Efficiency Cyclones

BATEMAN's high-efficiency cyclones are used:

• For the collection of coarse dust particles
• For the recovery of dry product prior to wet scrubbing
• As the primary collector to reduce dust loads to the secondary collector.

Advantages

• Dust-collection efficiencies of 99 % at 1,5 kPa pressure drop
• Handles small to large volumes of air at temperatures up to 1000 °C
• Low cost
• Low maintenance.

The smallest single cyclone can handle as little as 0,5 m³/s and quadruple arrangements of the largest cyclone 80 m³/s.
